Once there, players should explore the archives and read the notes and documents scattered about. Attempting to speak to Joseph Manneh will cause a nearby SI member to inform Galeb about his habits.

Joseph locks himself inside the Treasure Department's Conservation Room when restoring documents and books, not leaving until his work is done. However, he does have to approve any book requests personally, and a note near the request terminal in the back room reveals that he will personally oversee requests for books that are currently being restored.

In order to lure out Joseph Manneh, players will need totake advantage of the book request terminal in the back room of the archives.
