Vampire Survivors: How to Unlock Boon Marrabbio
Introduced in the update for 0.6.1, Boon Marrabbio is the latest secret character in Vampire Survivors. Marrabbio is a shadowy figure with a body frame that looks oddly like Gennaro Belpaese, a playable character unlocked by default at the start of a playthrough. Furthermore, similar to Gennaro's Knife, Boon Marrabbio's starting weapon is Thousand Edge, the evolution of the Knife. Marrabbio begins every match with the following attributes in Vampire Survivors: +20 Max Health, +30% MoveSpeed, +20% Might, -80% Greed, +10% Curse, and -110% Speed.
The most notable characteristic of Boon Marrabbio's stats is their notably low Speed. The fired knife projectiles from Thousand Edge travel at a sluggish rate, almost in a «slow motion-like» manner. Accordingly, players who play as Marrabbio can use these decelerated projectiles to potentially create unique playstyles, such as using Thousand Edge or other weapon projectiles as a defensive or offensive wall to damage enemies.

To unlock Boon Marrabbio in Vampire Survivors, fans will need to complete several prerequisites, including battling a formidable boss. First, players must collect 100 Floor Chickens over the entirety of their playtime. Naturally, those who've been completing all of the content Vampire Survivors has provided until now should have already reached this particular objective. Floor Chickens are item pickups in Vampire Survivorsthat restore HP and can also drop from destroyed light sources. Fans can raise the drop rate of Floor Chicken by increasing their Luck stat.
