Valheim players are dropped into a seemingly untamable world when they start. Fortunately, there are plenty of game features to make a playthrough much more manageable. Two of these crucial elements that Valheim players should master to make their journey easier are the taming of animals and farming of crops. Recently, one player showed off their impressive mastery of both of these elements through an impressive clip on their farm.
Valheim was released in early access in February 2021, taking players to a mythical Viking world split into a variety of biomes. As part of Valheim's survival mechanic, players need to keep their character fed and one of the easiest ways to do this is to tame animals like boars and farm crops they find seeds for while they explore.

This short clip comes from u/PortianCitizen087, and it shows a complete mastery of the domestic portion of Valheim. They open their clip with an already impressive farming set up with 6 long rows of planted carrots. These crops can be used in a variety of different meals to further boost a player's health pool. From this farm, u/PortianCitizen087 hops over a wooden wall and into their boar pen. There are about a dozen of these tamed creatures in this small portion of this player’s base but, interestingly, these animals are walking on ground that has been cultivated. U/PortianCitizen087 then proceeds to pull up the carrots that have been growing in this pen, leaving them on the ground, so the boars can be fed, keeping them healthy and tamed.
