The first month of 2023 has been really exciting so far for smartphone lovers. Some noted launches include Realme 10 Pro series, Redmi Note 12 Pro and iQOO 11 series, which is the first smartphone in India with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. However, the excitement for budget buyers is set to jump as there are some really notable launches still to come in January. Oppo is gearing up to launch the Oppo A78 5G in India on January 16. Thanks to its earlier Southeast Asia launch, there is a lot that has already been revealed. The upcoming Oppo A78 will feature a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD display with a90Hz refresh rate. It will come with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 under the hood, and feature dual stereo speakers. For photography, it will flaunt a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. It is expected to be priced around Rs. 20000 in India.
Ahead of the launch of the premium flagship series Galaxy S23, Samsung is coming up with some budget and mid-range smartphones. It has been confirmed to debut Galaxy A23 5G in India on January 18. The Galaxy A23 will feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a 5000mAh battery. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 695 chipset and will support 25W fast charging. It will also pack a 50MP primary camera. Leaks suggest that it will be priced around Rs. 25000.
Announced just last week, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G will share most of the features just like the Galaxy A23 5G. However, the A14 5G will have an only a 90Hz refresh rate display and will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 or an Exynos
