It's been hard keeping track of all the upcoming DC movies and TV shows over the past few months. Shortly after new co-CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran took over DC Studios in 2022, a whole bunch of things found themselves in flux, from the future of series like Wonder Woman, Aquaman, and Black Adam to Henry Cavill's return as Superman.
Recently, however, Gunn and Safran have announced their new slate for DC, which includes new movies surrounding Superman, Supergirl, and Batman and Robin. As well as titles centered on those big hitters, the line-up also featured projects led by more obscure DC characters – some of which more casual comic book fans may never have even heard of. A new trailer for The Flash, which is still slated for a June 16 release date, premiered during the Super Bowl and reignited excitement for Andy Muschietti's upcoming summer blockbuster.

It's been four years since we last saw Billy Batson, but he's finally returning in the Shazam sequel Shazam! Fury of the Gods. This time, the titular hero will be going up against Lucy Liu's Kalypso and Helen Mirren's Hespera, the daughters of the Titan Atlas from Greek mythology, with his family (and their own superhero alter-egos) at his side. Asher Angel returns as young Billy, while Zachary Levi is back as Shazam. West
