As a result, there's been a remake of the aforementioned Nintendo 64 release, which now comes with a unique feature.
In a recent video uploaded to YouTube, CryZENx, the modder who managed to recreate Ocarina of Time in Unreal Engine 4, has shown something that is not typified for the long-running series. Essentially, this remake now comes with co-op play, meaning that more than one player will be able to jump into this reimagining of a Nintendo classic. In the video description, the creator says that the co-op mode will go from Kokiri Forest up until the players beat Gohma.
Ocarina of Time PC Mod Makes Everything Explosive
Ocarina of Time's Kokiri Forest is one of the most well-known locations in this entry, housing the Great Doku Tree as well as Link's house. Seeing as how Queen Gohma is the first boss that players have to fight, it suggests that the co-op mode that's been implemented may not be a long segment. Still, the fact that it's in at all is pretty interesting, especially given that the Legend of Zelda games are not typically known for multiplayer features, sticking traditionally with a single-player experience.
