As livestreaming has grown from a small fad to a proper way for popular gamers to make a living talking and interacting with fans, it isn't something a person can start doing so easily. There's a requirement to have fast and stable internet, a computer that can handle the output streaming takes, and other expensive equipment.

Twitch streamer mrgoldenkey had just gone live on his channel and was in the process of setting up his stream when disaster seemed to strike several times. In a clip shared to «r/LivestreamFail» on Reddit, he can be seen surveying his settings as his chat tells him there's no sound, asking if he's muted. Before he can even fix the audio issue, though, his cat appears almost out of nowhere and jumps on top of his computer tower.
