Top Racer Collection has been delayed to March 7th
Top Racer Collection’s release has been delayed to March 7th, QUByte has announced today, with more time needed to polish the experience. Top Racer Collection brings together the classic trilogy of Top Racer, Top Racer 2, and Top Racer 3000. In addition to the original trilogy, a new game called Top Racer Crossroads will be part of the collection adding four new cars.
In a statement on Steam, QUByte said:
“It is with appreciation and responsibility that we share an important update on the long-awaited release of Top Racer Collection, scheduled for January 11, 2024. After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the release in order to enhance the experience we want to deliver to all players. We believe this decision will result in a more polished, higher quality game that meets the expectations of our incredible community. We are dedicating additional time to perfecting the details and ensuring that Top Racer Collection fully meets the standards we set out to achieve.
We understand that the news may cause frustration, so we want to express our sincere apologies to all the fans and supporters who are eager to dive into this exciting return to a beloved console classic. In recognition of the invaluable ongoing support and patience of our community, we also want to offer something special by way of thanks.
On January 11, we will be making an exclusive demo of the game available for free on Steam. With this, we want to give everyone a sneak preview of what’s to come.
