Todd Chrisley's Daughter Causes Jury Outburst During Court Testimony

Recently, Lindsie Chrisley testified on behalf of Chrisley Knows Best stars Todd and Julie Chrisley, and her testimony caused an outburst among members of the jury. The Chrisleys are facing charges for different counts of alleged tax evasion, wire fraud and conspiracy bank fraud that date back to 2019. Though Lindsie testified in favor of her father, the two have had a very rocky relationship. Lindsie and Todd's relationship was already strained, but it became worse when Todd disliked Will Campbell, Lindsie's ex-husband.

In 2019, the family matters went further downhill when Todd accused Lindsie of cheating on her husband and revealing information about his financial situation to the police. It was alleged that Todd and his son, Chase, got access to a sex tape of Lindsie and former The Bachelorette star Robert Hayes, and the tape was being used to get Lindsie to lie to the police about what she previously reported. Shortly after this, Lindsie and Will divorced, and though Todd showed support for his daughter on social media, she did not receive it well. From this point forward, Todd said that he and Lindsie were no longer working on improving their relationship.

Things seem to be looking up for the father-daughter duo as Lindsie appeared in court and defended her father. According to Insider, Lindsie first boasted about the strong relationship Todd has with his children and spoke about the support he offered to her and her brother, Kyle, who were experiencing challenging moments in their lives before the family's reality series began.
