We know that the iPhone 14 series is getting a new model this year in the form of the iPhone 14 Max, while the Pro variants are getting rid of the display notch. Not that it matters to the causal users but the iPhone 14 series is said to have uniform RAM capacity this year. All the models will have 6GB RAM, which should aid better multitasking capability. The current iPhone 13 models feature 4GB RAM only and it is the Pro variants that get 6GB RAM. With the iPhone 14, it is 6GB of RAM uniform across the range. There is one difference, however.

While all the models will come with 6GB RAM, Apple will differentiate the RAM type for cost cutting. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will get 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM whereas the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will come with LPDDR5 type RAM.
Other than this, the report from Trendforce also lists some of the basic specs of the iPhone 14 series. The iPhone 14 will have it 6.1-inch display, an A15 chip, a 12MP dual rear cameras system, a 12MP front camera, up to 512GB storage, and support for mmWave + sub-6GHz 5G. The iPhone 14 Max will have the same basic features except for the display, which will measure 6.7-inches.
