Today’s planned update for Disney Dreamlight Valley will bring with it performance upgrades and various bug fixes, developer Gameloft has announced.
The patch notes for the update have been revealed ahead of its rollout later today, and most notable are claims that it will improve performance, with particular emphasis on the Switch version.
The update also makes the game fully verified for use on Steam Deck, and adds various other improvements such as reduing install size, reducing loading times and impoving the loading of in-game assets.
Iron ingots, a particularly frustrating item to find, will now be available to buy at Kristoff’s stall too.
These improvements and bug fixes arrive in the update alongside the game’s second major content expansion, titled Missions in Uncharted Space.
The update will include a new Toy Story realm, as well as Stitch from Lilo & Stitch, and a new Star Path featuring festive items.
