Michelangelo is the last surviving turtle in the dark future of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin, as his fellow Turtles (and Master Splinter) have been casualties of a war against the Foot Clan. As the Last Ronin, Michelangelo has struggled with his own mental well-being after his family's deaths, as he was suicidal before being discovered by April O'Neil and Casey Jones Jr. Now, with his final battle with the Foot Clan and Hiroto coming, he's fighting his brothers, who continue to haunt him and question his decisions.
