Titans Season 4 Finale Set Video Teases Krypto's Red Cape
A new set video from the Titans season 4 finale teases Krypto the Super-Dog possibly getting his iconic red cape from the comics in the HBO Max show. While the Arrowverse is done for 2022, DC TV is not going anywhere as HBO Max still has plenty of content coming out. One of their returning shows this fall will be Titans, which is going into season 4, following the adventures of Nightwing and his band of heroes protecting the world.
While he is not a traditional member of the comics version of the team, Titans brought in Krypto the Super-Dog during season 2 as they also fleshed out Conner Kent, a.k.a. Superboy's introduction. Throughout Superboy's time on Titans, Krypto has been fighting side-by-side with the Kryptonian clone and instantly became a fan favorite. Since spring, Titans season 4 has been busy filming in Toronto, Canada, as the show is aiming to come back sometime in the fall on HBO Max.

Unlike previous seasons of the series, Titans season 4 will only have 12 episodes this time, and the season 4 finale is in production as of this week. One of the show's regular directors, Nick Copus, recently shared a brief video on Instagram featuring Krypto himself, stating, «Krypto season four finale warming up for a shot … nuff said! NC.» However, despite being a quick video, it appears that Krypto might be getting a super-upgrade himself, as it appears he is wearing his famous red cape. Check out the video below.

Krypto has been spotted a few times in various set photos and videos from Titans season 4, confirming his return. Exactly how large his role will be remains to be seen.
