Over on YouTube, content creator Primacon commissioned popular Minecraft map editor Clouser to fully recreate the 2019 E3 demo for and the result is shockingly impressive.
The build obviously incorporates the blocky aesthetic that's become synonymous with but the flow of the gameplay and the detail in the world is genuinely impressive. The brief «demo» allows users to step into the role of Hornet and fight through a couple of locations with her trusty needle and thread at her side; it doesn't look like it should work but in practice, it's a testament to 's fluidity.
There's no substituting for Silksong, but Hollow Knight fans could definitely find some fun in a new game that's blazing its own trail.
Clouser's recreation of the demo doesn't just consist of the levels on display,it also includes two bosses that have been faithfully adapted into 's style. Those who do play the creator's map will be able to take on Lace and Mossmother when they reach the end of Deep Docks and Moss Grotto, respectively. Those who give the build a go are in luck because it even supports multiplayer so anyone struggling to overcome one of the brutal bosses can just ask a friend for help.
