The Development Team notes that the demo focuses on «The Inyo,» which is the first major open-world area of the mod that already features plenty to do. The Vault Dweller can wander around several starting locations, including Vault 13, Vault 14, Shady Sands, and the Khan Base while battling enemies and chatting with NPCs.

The development team noted that the available build doesn't feature any voice-acting due to delays in integrating the audio in the demo, but also promised that the feature will be in the full release. Additionally, skills will not automatically be adjusted when S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats are changed but rather than delay the demo's launch, the modders felt it better to press on, clarifying that a functional system will be ready in the future.
