Skydance and Skybound were generally tight-lipped about the whole reveal; no platforms or prices were listed either and the announcement only came with one bloody piece of key art. More information will be available sometime this year, but Skydance and Skybound did not give a specific window of when that might be. However, the two did say that continues the storyline from the main game, which sees the return of the protagonist known as the Tourist. There will be “new threats,” additional characters, and more choices to make, too, and players will be exploring the “French Quarter and beyond” this time around.
Skydance reiterated its pledge to virtual reality, stating it is “committed to providing content-rich and refined experiences in VR,” which was previously shown in the first game that saw a few substantial updates. was the first big drop and served as a wave-based horde mode that gave players points so they could buy upgrades and weapons between slaying walkers., the second and most recent update, focused on endgame missions that let players flex their firepower.
