After a lengthy hiatus since late 2020, The Mandalorian season 3 sees Din Djarin and Grogu paired up again as its titular character embarks on a quest for redemption on his people’s home planet. The duo’s reunion was featured in The Book of Boba Fett, which saw Grogu undergo training with Luke Skywalker. According to Jon Favreau, more time had passed than viewers might initially think, suggesting the youngling’s force powers could have grown.

By jumping over to Google and conducting some Mandalorian-related searches, be it on mobile or a desktop browser, Star Wars fans will be treated to a special easter egg featuring Baby Yoda. If tapped or clicked, Grogu will instantly start using the force for his entertainment. News of this was shared via the show’s social media handles, which wisely hid the actual outcome, so everyone can head to Google and see how Grogu starts using his force telekinesis on one’s search results.
The Mandalorian and Google's campaign started shortly after season 3’s premiere. However, it's unknown if it will be kept until April 19, when this new 8-episode season wraps up. Previously, Google had placed a similar The Last of Us easter egg on its site that would spread fungi all over users’ screens to promote another hit series starring Pedro Pascal.
