World of Warcraft's third major expansion was known asCataclysm and featured a host of new lore and major story events for players to uncover. The main story is centered around the dragons of Azeroth and in particular, the corrupted patriarch of the Black Dragonflight, Deathwing. A timeless prophecy once spoke of the Hour of Twilight, a cascade of events that would culminate in the total victory of the Old Gods, a future that Deathwing planned to bring about.
