The Forgotten City is a similarly unconventional game, with the same focus on philosophical questions and the struggle to determine what is right and wrong as The Good Place. Both feature a cast of likable characters and healthy amounts of comedy to keep the mood light, even when they grapple with heavy philosophical quandaries. The game even follows a story arc that is like The Good Place, with some of the same twists and turns as the beloved TV series, though the conclusions it draws about morality do set the two apart.
