Warning! Spoilers for Batman Urban Legends #17 by DC Comics
The Flash just had his own mini Batman v. Superman experience, as just like the Dark Knight revealing his mother was named Martha to the Man of Steel, the speedster learned that a supervillain's wife has the same name as his mom. In Batman Urban Legends #17 by DC Comics, The Flash assists Batman on a mission to stop Mr. Freeze and Captain Cold. However, upon researching Victor Fries, he learns they both lost someone special to them named Nora.
One of the most memorable and memed scenes from 2016's Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice film in the DCEU came during one of the most violent encounters between Batman and Superman. In the movie, Batman manages to knock Superman to the ground with Kryptonite gas, and as he's about to kill the hero, his opponent reveals that he needs to «save Martha.» Batman wonders why Superman said «Martha,» as it's his deceased mother's name, as it's revealed Kal-El's adopted mom also shares the name. The name ultimately connected the heroes and led to them working together to stop Lex Luthor. Now, The Flash is getting his own «Martha» moment in the comics.

In the story «Cold Shoulders» in this week's Batman Urban Legends #17 by Ryan Cady, Gleb Melnikov, Scott Hanna, Luis Guerrero, and Troy Peteri from DC Comics, Flash and Batman team up to take down Mr. Freeze and Captain Cold. Freeze has stolen a dangerous, experimental isotope in hopes of curing his wife and freeing her from cryostasis.
