Most of That 70s Show cast are set to return for the Netflix spinoff series, That 90s Show. That 70s Show starred Topher Grace, Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis, Danny Masterson, Wilmer Valderrama, and Laura Prepon as six teenagers living in the fictional town of Point Place, Wisconsin from 1976 — 1979. The show also starred Kurtwood Smith and Debra Jo Rupp as Red and Kitty Forman, the parents of Grace's Eric Forman, who were previously announced to be starring in the spinoff series, That 90s Show. That 70s Show started airing in 1998 and ran for 8 seasons through 2006.
Much has already been revealed about That 90s Show, including a peek at the updated basement set (where much of the drama and action took place in That 70s Show). The story will revolve around Eric and Donna's daughter, Leia Forman, played by Callie Haverda, who visits her grandparents for the summer, bonding with a new generation of Point Place kids under the care of Kitty and Red. The show is being written and executive produced by original That 70s Show creators Bonnie Turner and Terry Turner and their daughter Lindsey Turner, as well as Gregg Mettler, who serves as showrunner.
