Warning: contains a preview for Knights of X #2!
The most heroic team of X-Men, the Knights of X led by Captain Britain (Betsy Braddock), is being forced to carry on their hopeless mission of saving the mutant population of Otherworld without any help from Krakoa. The powerful mutant nation is unable (or unwilling) to help them, as shown in a preview for Knights of X #2.

These mutants are descendants of Mordred, the illegitimate mutant son of King Arthur, who recently became a pawn of Merlyn, Otherworld's self-appointed ruler and sworn enemy of mutants. Betsy Braddock, as Captain Britain, is both a mutant of Earth and the chosen protector of Otherworld, and has led a team of fellow mutant heroes from Krakoa to Otherworld to save its inhabitants and thwart the evil rule of Merlin. Sadly, they now find themselves trapped and unable to return to Earth.
