Netflix has officially released the first, previewing the upcoming anime series based on the legendary franchise.
The new trailer shows off the debut of Sonoya Mizuno (House of the Dragon), who will play the voice of Eiko, a resistant fighter sent back in time to stop Skynet’s attack on humanity. She’ll join stars Timothy Olyphant, Rosario Dawson, André Holland, and Ann Dowd, who are all set to appear when the show premieres on August 29, 2024.
The series is created and executive produced by Mattson Tomlin and executive produced by David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Don Granger of Skydance. Terminator Zero hails from Japanese animation studio Production IG (Ghost in the Shell) and will be eight episodes long.

As Malcolm navigates the moral complexities of his creation, he is hunted by an unrelenting assassin from the future which forever alters the fate of his three children.”
