The popular streamer xQc was recently criticized by some of his followers for promoting what they referred to as “slots for kids.” The content creator has been working with an online casino called Stake for several months now, attracting the ire of his fellow streamers along with a large segment of his fanbase.
Having already streamed himself gambling for over 11 hours, a content creator known as JesseSMFI directed xQc to an online slot machine featuring stuffed animals and silly sound effects called Fluffy in Space. The content creator was at first hesitant, but xQc eventually came around, opening the link provided by JesseSMFI. The online slot machine was quickly found to have a maximum wager of $12.50. While the streamer typically bets hundreds or even thousands of dollars at a time, xQc laid down several bets to the sound of squeaks and squeals.

“Why are they making slots,” JesseSMFI asked. “Who are they catering to here, man? Alright, fucking Minecraft on the first monitor, this on the second. Roll,” the streamer said. “Roll.” Several of those watching at the time were quick to call the online casino “slots for kids.” In response to what he saw, xQc described the online slot machine as “goofy ass dogshit.” He then went on to gamble for two more hours.
The content creator has been at the center of an ongoing debate about gambling for the better part of this year. The contention got started shortly after xQc began accepting gambling sponsorships and handing out promotional codes.
