Cuphead is an indie platformer made by Studio MDHR with run-and-gun gameplay blanketed in a hand-drawn, 1930s style of animation. The game made waves when it was released for its punishing gameplay, stunning music, and art style; it even spawned a Netflix series. After a long wait, Cuphead's DLC was recently released with an even more challenging difficulty, bringing fans more of what they loved about the game. YouTuber and Twitch streamer Asmongold, who is normally known for playing games like World of Warcraft, began streaming the DLC soon after it was released.

Asmongold had been streaming the new Cuphead DLC for his followers recently on YouTube when he broke his controller in a fit of rage while fighting through the Chef Saltbaker boss fight. In a clip posted to Asmongold's clips channel, it shows him playing through the boss fight and getting hit a couple of times before pausing the game and smacking the controller on his desk in frustration. When the controller comes back into view, it's clear the handle is broken.
