Compared to other games like Cyberpunk 2077, Starfield doesn't look as good, but the game developed by Bethesda can still be made to look great with select mods that improve its visuals
A new video shared by Digital Dreams on YouTube shows the latest RPG by Bethesda running at 8K resolution on an RTX 4090 GPU with the Beyond all Limits Reshade ray tracing preset and over 50 mods, including the Natural and Atmospheric Space LUT. Besides showing how good the game can look with mods, the video also shows how the RTX 4090 GPU is an absolute beast of a graphics card, as it can run the game at 8K resolution at above 100 frames per second, save for more populated areas like cities, with the help of NVIDIA DLSS 3.
It has been almost a year since Starfield released on PC and Xbox Series X|S, and soon enough, players will be able to experience additional content thanks to the release of the Shattered Space expansion. More content is also rumored to be coming as part of the next free update, which will supposedly add the land vehicles that were revealed a while back to be in the works. A second expansion named Starborn also seems to be in the works.
Starfield is now available on PC, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. Learn more about the game by checking out my review.
