Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced the first details of its Black Friday 2023 deals.
Running from November 17-27, its Black Friday promotion will include offers on hardware, games and subscriptions across PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Gear and participating retailers.
Offers will vary by region and retailer, and the official PlayStation Black Friday site will be updated with deals once the promotion is up and running.
Sony said players who join PlayStation Plus during the promotion will be able to save up to 30% on 12-month membership plans.
Current PlayStation Plus members will be able to save 25% when upgrading an existing plan to PlayStation Plus Extra, or 30% when upgrading to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe.
On PlayStation Gear, which sells officially licensed and limited products inspired by PlayStation, Sony will be offering up to 20% off a range of merchandise and apparel.
Nintendo announced a range of Black Friday deals last week. They include a Switch OLED bundle with a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate design, a Super Mario Party with Red & Blue Joy-Con controller bundle, and various software discounts.
US retailer Walmart has also launched the first of two ‘Black Friday Deals’ events planned for this month.
