One tipster now claims that the performance cores operate at 4.20GHz, allowing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 prototype to obtain a multi-core score of 10,000 points, with other details also mentioned.

Geekbench 6 was likely the benchmark application of choice, with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 rumored to have achieved 3,000 and 10,000 points in both single-core and multi-core runs. Compared to the A17 Pro, Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship SoC is faster in both categories, though it maintains a higher lead in the multi-threaded category.
