EA have been doing their financials again and have listed the announced games that will be released up until March 2024. Unfortunately for fans of the Skate series, Skate is not listed. In case you didn’t realise, EA are doing a God of War and resetting the franchise back and dropping the number four, making making Skate 4 just plain old Skate.
Titles such as Immortals of Aveum and the new Not-FIFA game are listed. The new Dragon Age is also not listed but that has always seemed like it’s a good few years away.
EA have been keeping Skate 4 very much under wraps since it was announced but some pre alpha footage has leaked out and found it’s way on to Twitter.

As you can see the game is quite a way off from being completed but we do get to see the character doing some flips, running about without the skateboard and attempting – and failing – a mid-air somersault.
EA have created Full Circle, a team dedicated to developing Skate 4. Daniel McCulloch, former general manager of Xbox Live and producer of Forza games, is leading the team.
