The dog ending is arguably the most iconic in the entire franchise, with countless memes about its implications.To unlock this secret ending, players must have already beaten the game and started a new playthrough in the new game plus mode, where they can find two parts of a broken key. The first half can be found in the pet center, with the second near the dog bowls behind a house in Western South Vale, before combining and using them in the observation room just before entering room 312 in the Lakeview Hotel.
