Marvel's She-Hulk is known for her strength as an Avenger on the battlefield and as a lawyer in the courtroom, but a second rarely-seen superpower of hers nearly killed Spider-Man. The character wasn't always known as a fourth wall-breaker, but nowadays the ability has become one of her defining attributes (though she doesn't do it nearly as much as Deadpool). She-Hulk Sensational begins with a uniquely-accomplished fourth wall break that almost ends in disaster for a certain popular Peter Parker.
She-Hulk has a somewhat odd character history.The Incredible Hulk television show was quite popular in the late 70s and Marvel Comics were worried that the show's producers would own the rights to an eventual female version of the Hulk should they decide to introduce one — so Marvel decided to beat them to it, and created She-Hulk in 1980 before the TV show could get a chance. Bruce Banner's cousin Jennifer Walters received a transfusion of his blood after being seriously wounded in a shooting. The blood grants her all of the Hulk's abilities...but She-Hulk learned how to break the fourth wall on her own.

In She-Hulk Sensational #1, Jennifer Walters angrily returns to her apartment after a long day. She's battled supervillains, has a high-stress job as a lawyer, and has superpowers — but she's turning 30 and furious about it. Angry, she takes the narration boxes down from the comic panel, crumples it into a ball, and hurls it at tremendous speed out the window — nearly hitting poor Spider-Man in the process, who dodges it while saying «Hey! Watch it! Words can hurt, y'know!»
