Discovery Plus has revealed the trailer for their new show, Serving the Hamptons, and it seems there will be a love triangle between the workers. The show is set to premiere in April on the streaming site, which launched in the US on January 4th, 2021, and takes viewers to none other than The Hamptons, New York, during its jam-packed summer season. The Hamptons is arguably one of the best places to be during the summer, which is why so many people escape the overcrowded city to spend their weekends there during the hotter months. The eastern Long Island town has also been the backdrop for Bravo's popular reality TV series, Summer House, which is currently airing its sixth season.
However, Serving the Hamptons takes a much different approach than the Bravo series. While Summer House has always focused on late 20s-30 adults vacationing for the weekend, the new Discovery Plus show chronicles the lives of young adults working at The Hamptons restaurant, 75 main. The luxury restaurant is owned by Turkish immigrant Zac Erdem, who started working as a dishwasher before climbing the ladder up to his current position. It was also reported that while filming for the show, stars like Paris Hilton, Kendall Jenner, and Ivana Trump all stopped by to eat at the restaurant.
