Samsung has come up with another addition to the M series and this time, it is the successor to a very popular model. The Galaxy M53 5G brings in some key upgrades that resemble that of the Galaxy A73 5G that we just reviewed. It has got a new main camera, a new chipset, and a couple of other changes over its predecessor, the Galaxy M52 5G. The Samsung Galaxy M53 5G in India starts at Rs. 23,999 for the base variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 25,999. The phone gets a RAM Plus feature than can extend the memory by 8GB. Theirs is also a microSD card slot that can expand the storage by up to 1TB. Samsung says it is using a vapour cooling chamber to keep the phone cool while gaming for long sessions. It runs on Android-12 based One UI 4.1 at the moment and Samsung is yet to comment on its updates.
Similar to last year’s model, the Galaxy M53 5G gets a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED+ display with 120Hz refresh rate. This is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass 5.
