Recently on Paramount+, RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars season 7 debuted to excited viewers, and the new season features an entirely new format. Drag Race is still gaining momentum after a decade on the air and Ru and the producers knew it was time to switch up the format, especially for the all-winners season. The queens of the RuPaul's Drag Race spin-off's seventh seasonwere certainly gooped and gagged when they found out how this season would play out.
In previous All Stars seasons, the top two queens of the week would compete in a lip sync for your legacy where they battled for $10,000 and the opportunity to eliminate one of the bottom queens of the week. This major power to eliminate fellow contestants stirred up juicy drama and lead to some of the most shocking moments in franchise history. However, after multiple seasons, many feel the format has been played out. Fans were begging RuPaul to switch up the elimination format and the queen of drag listened. In the first episode, RuPaul revealed that there would be no eliminations this season. The top two queens of the week will earn a Legendary Legend Star. Then they will compete in a lip synch for your legacy and a $10,000 cash tip, however, queens won't have the power to eliminate like on previous All Stars seasons. Instead, the top queen will have the power to block a fellow contestant from receiving a Legendary Legend Star the following week. At the end of the competition, the four queens who have the most Legendary Legend Stars will compete in a Lip Sync LaLaPaRuza for $200,000 and the title «Queen of
