The thrilling conclusion of DC’s Shadow War event has brought many changes for characters, including Robin, who has finally been redeemed from his villainous origin. Shadow War takes place directly after Robin (Damian Wayne) and his new friends defeat Mother Soul’s demon, winning the Lazarus Tournament. While Damian seemed to have left his assassin instincts behind, the death of Alfred Pennyworth sent him spiraling, rejecting Batman and seemingly willing to embrace his legacy as a villain.
