RHUGT: Why Fans Think Dorinda Medley Is ‘Desperate’ To Be Back On RHONY
Dorinda Medley hosted The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 2 at her Berkshires home, Blue Stone Manor, and viewers think she looks desperate to return to The Real Housewives of New York City. Dorinda first appeared in RHONY in season 7 and became known for her sharp tongue, especially after a few drinks. However, she soon became an iconic housewife due to her over-the-top personality and quotable zingers. Dorinda was also relatable to many viewers as a widow, and she often talked about how much she misses her late husband, Richard Medley.
The former RHONY star was often at the center of arguments with the other housewives, which made for great television, but they also cast her as the villain of the show. Many fans thought Dorinda was unnecessarily mean to her castmates, Tinsley Mortimer and Sonja Morgan. Luann de Lesseps was also on the receiving end of Dorinda’s wrath a few times, particularly when she called The Countess “A drunken fool” and mentioned her mug shot during a heated argument. Following a particularly rough RHONY season 12, it was revealed that Dorinda had been fired from the franchise.

In a recent RHUGT episode, Dorinda mentioned to the other women that she was “on pause” from her franchise. The other ladies were confused by her choice of words and thought Dorinda was in denial about being fired from the show.
