Former star of The Real Housewives of Orange County Vicki Gunvalson has been publicly feuding with the former star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Teddi Mellencamp, and Vicki recently responded to Teddi’s latest shade. Vicki has been an OG of RHOC since the show first aired in 2006, but was demoted to a “friend of” in season 14. Unhappy with her lesser role on the show, she exited ahead of that season.
Teddi was also forced to leaveRHOBH after three seasons on the show. When she joined in season 8, fans were excited to get to know John Mellencamp’s daughter. However, Teddi was met with a lukewarm reception from viewers, and many thought she was boring and not “housewife material.” Following her departure from the show, Teddi launched the podcast Two T’s in a Pod with former RHOC star Tamra Judge. Vicki, who's had a long history with Tamra, had been vocal about not liking Teddi, which sparked an online feud between the two former housewives.

In mid-June, Teddi shaded Vicki with a tweet referring to her ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers faking cancer during RHOC season 10. Vicki responded by calling Teddi out for her “low blow,” to which Teddie asked, “Well if we’re talking numbers, could you let us all know where you were on January 6th?” Teddi was apparently shading Vicki and her family about allegedly being Trump supporters and referenced the storming of the Capitol on January 6th. Vicki addressed the accusation with Page Six and commented, “The fact that Teddi would stoop so low asking where I was on Jan. 6 just shows her ignorance and why I said, ‘I don’t like her’ even before that comment.”
