However, according to Kush Qrox, the Red Dead Redemption 2 quest tied to Gill originally would have allowed players to complete the whole thing as Arthur, allowing the outlaw to travel to Blackwater and New Austin, even while he is a wanted man there. A newly uncovered cutscene shows that Arthur would meet with Jeremy Gill and be given the task of collecting a fish from Rio Bravo, a place left effectively inaccessible to the former. The cutscene leaves Arthur standing by a lake in New Austin, implying that those areas could've been accessible to him.
