This is part of the «Who is Not Without Sin» mission in Red Dead Redemption 2, where Swanson, a Van der Linde gang member, gets too drunk while playing poker and passes out. He then wanders off to a nearby rail bridge to kill himself, and Arthur must save him to progress in the game. Arthur manages to motivate him not to attempt suicide, but Reverend Swanson's foot gets stuck in the tracks while a train is speeding toward him. The player has to run to Swanson and save him from the oncoming train; otherwise, the mission fails. In the video, the user ultimately saves the Reverend but loses his horse in a violent collision with the speeding train.
