A key part of Juv's healing saving Ana successfully came from their timing. From the multiple points of view in the clip, it is clear that the opposing Mei caught two heroes in her ultimate, Ana and a Zayra, right next to each other. Juv deployed the Baptiste ultimate after Mei's ultimate froze his teammates but early enough that the first projectile hit Ana right after Mei's first shot.
