Ray Fisher has reacted very keenly to being cast in Zack Snyder’s new sci-fi action movie Rebel Moon. Snyder’s Netflix original film was originally envisioned as the director's pitch for a Star Wars film, but later reimagined as a standalone entity. Many felt that Fisher’s Cyborg was sidelined for other characters in Whedon's final version, but this was ultimately remedied when Snyder managed to release his original vision for the film after the long-running #ReleaseTheSnyderCut campaign. On February 9, Snyder announced that Fisher had joined the cast of his upcoming Rebel Moon, alongside a handful of other actors.
