Of the numerous character hybrids DC has created, the combination of Raven and Zatanna may have the most untapped potential. While the combo has technically occurred, there was no real use of it within the series it appeared in. This is a shame since these are two of DC's most powerful magic-users in a single body.
Raven's heritage and honed abilities have made her one of the most unique and powerful magic users in DC's universe. Combining her natural born abilities with the abilities of a legendary magician's daughter seems like it'd make them an unstoppable force. It could, if DC would actually utilize this pairing adequately within a story.

Superman/Batman #61 (2009) has the creative team of Michael Green, Mike Johnson, Francis Manapul, Brian Buccellato, Rob Leigh, Adam Schlagman, and Eddie Berganza. Within it, Superman and Batman are transported to a dream world where hybrid heroes and villains exist. This world has the Justice Titans: a team of heroes combining members of the Justice League with members of the Teen Titans, such as Beast Boy and Hawkman, and Cyborg and Aquaman. One member that does NOT fully show up is Ravanna—the mash-up of Raven and Zatanna.
Ravanna is said to be a core member of the Justice Titans, but she died before the issue begins. In reality, she never existed since this is a dream world. The Ravanna statue is a means of trapping Raven and Zatanna so they don't ruin the plans of Doctor Destiny—the villain behind the dream. Their magic abilities would end the dream with ease, making them one of the greatest threats. When Batman realizes this to be true, he frees them both by breaking the statue. This means that their
