Rainbow Six Extraction: Best Loadout for Ela
Ela is an Operator in Rainbow Six Extraction who excels in crowd control, and players can make her abilities even more potent with a solid loadout. Ela's Grzmot Mines are the main appeal of her kit, which allows her to stun any typical type of Archæan, including Elite and Apex enemies. These mines grant players a chance to deliver a takedown in Rainbow Six Extraction or efficiently deal massive damage to targets. Additionally, her high Speed lets her easily maneuver the field and flank an enemy hoard with paralyzing explosives.
The only downside to Ela's kit is that she lacks scouting abilities for scanning rooms in advance or any form of sustain or strong defense. Yet, she can perform very well in situational solo-play, depending on the given objectives. Nevertheless, it is recommended that players use Ela in team missions as that is likely where her utility will shine the most.

Finally, although shotguns are great for aggressive play in Extraction, Ela's FO-12 is a weapon that players should avoid using.
