Race to World First Day 5 Recap
Zskarn and Magmorax have fallen, and only two bosses stand between Echo, Liquid, Method, and World First! In today's Daily Recap video, Dratnos and Tettles go over the past 24 hours for all three guilds and talk about the implications for the rest of the race. Yesterday, Dratnos and Tettles predicted that Magmorax would be at 40% health by the time this video was recorded, but it turned out that Liquid rolled up and took out Zskarn and Magmorax in a few hours each.
They ended their raid day with a few hours of M+ and a few testing pulls of Echo of Nelatharion. Echo and Method awoke and mirrored each other in taking down Zskarn and Magmorax, with Method finding slightly better pull counts and impressively joining Echo in overtaking Liquid while they slept.
Echo then pulled ahead on Neltharion progression, with the boss alive at sub 25% when they went to bed. This sets us up for a potentially quick conclusion to the race, as there's a chance that Echo of Neltharion could die within the next few hours of pulling and leave us with only Sarkareth, which of course has a huge range of potential tuning where it could land.
