That said, you will find that the Meta Quest 3 comes in a bit cheaper than even the discounted PlayStation VR2. Currently, the newly released Meta Quest 3 will set consumers back $499.99. So it might just come down to whether you want a standalone VR headset or one that relies on the PlayStation 5 console.
