Poppy Playtime 2 Characters Look Even Scarier In Dev Video
MOB Games Animator Micah Preciado has shared a Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 animations video that shows even scarier versions of Huggy Wuggy, Kissy Missy, and Mommy Long Legs. Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 launched earlier this month to the delight of countless fans. The follow-up entry brought with it a few new terrifying characters, including the likes of Mommy Long Legs whose eerie appearance occupied much of the game's marketing push.
Despite hitting Steam in late 2021, Poppy Playtime has already become a pop culture phenomenon in many circles, especially on the web. This much seems most evident when considering the hype that surrounded Chapter 2's recent release. The seemingly steady stream of new merchandise suggests the creepy toy-centric franchise will stick around for the long haul, too. Poppy Playtime's original entry dropped players into the role of a character who explores an abandoned toy manufacturer where several employees previously disappeared without a trace. Notably, story for Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 takes place shortly after the events of Chapter 1 and adds a few new faces, albeit scary ones, to the mix.

Following the release of Poppy Playtime Chapter 2, Animator Micah Preciado shared a video filled with animations for characters such as Kissy Missy, Mommy Long Legs, and Huggy Wuggy. Kissy Missy appears first, creepily moving one of her arms around in a wave-like motion before unceremoniously slinking off with the oddest gait. Preciado's video focuses on Mommy Long Legs next, revealing some of the intricacies of her eerie spider-esque movements.
