Poppy Playtime Ch. 2: Mommy Long Legs Fixes Huggy Wuggy's Biggest Problem
The recently-released Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 introduces players to the terrifying Mommy Long Legs, and the stretchy monstrosity manages to be even more unsettling than Huggy Wuggy. MOB Games' survival horror series takes players through the Playtime Co. toy factory on a quest to find out why the workforce mysteriously disappeared. The first chapter saw players pursued by the ferociously fuzzy Huggy Wuggy, who quickly became a popular monster among kids and Poppy Playtime fans.

Often compared to the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise, due to its focus on turning family-friendly creatures into monsters, Poppy Playtime has quickly wormed its way into popular culture. The first installment combines survival horror and puzzle elements as players delve deeper and deeper into Playtime Co. and avoid the bloodthirsty stuffed animal Huggy Wuggy. Despite the character's popularity, Huggy Wuggy only actually appears at the very end of Poppy Playtime Chapter 1, and he has no personality outside of murderous rage. After a brief chase players send the creature falling down into the bottom of the factory, though this quick death has done nothing to reduce the amount of official Huggy Wuggy merchandise being sold by MOB Games.

Following the apparent demise of Huggy Wuggy, Poppy Playtime Chapter 2 introduces players to a new antagonistic plush named Mommy Long Legs.
