Pokimane recently clashed with Ninja following a raid on Twitch, prompting Jessica Blevins to threaten legal action. Whether or not Blevins will follow through on the matter is currently unclear.
Pokimane was attacked on Twitch by several different content creators including Keemstar and JiDion. These made all kinds of misogynistic comments about Pokimane, asking their followers to spam her chat on Twitch with various forms of abuse. They claimed that fans only follow Pokimane on account of her looks. JiDion told her fans that "she's not going to fuck you” before making a bunch of other sexual references directed at the streamer.

Pokimane recently struck back. “Why is it that people like to hold how attractive someone is against them? People would be like your viewers only like the way you look and they want to fuck you.” She went on to question the double standard faced by female streamers on Twitch. “Even if people do find a female streamer attractive, what’s the issue? What’s wrong with finding someone hot?"
“Why is that used as a means to discredit female streamers’ work? That is what I don’t understand. They never go you’re a shit actor because your audience thinks you’re cute.”
This of course brought on a backlash. Ninja came out on the side of JiDion, offering to help the streamer avoid a ban on Twitch in the wake of his raid. He also referred to female streamers by using the term “bitches.” Pokimane once again stood up for herself. “I wonder if Ninja would have said ‘bitches’ if it was a large male streamer that was hate raided,” she said. Pokimane went on to say that she had “no idea” why Ninja would “help someone evade a ban for harassing me.”
