A Pokemon fan designed a new female-only evolution concept for the critter called Kirlia and shared a picture of their creation, as well as a few traits, on social media. The Pokemon fan artist was complimented by some fans for their effort, while other users chimed in with their thoughts on Kirlia's current evolution line.
