Poco X4 Pro 5G leaks and guess which phone is it based on! We won’t keep you in suspense – it is the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G underneath. The Poco X4 Pro 5G is largely carrying the same internal specifications as the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, save for the external design in typical Poco fashion. The leak also reveals the retail packaging box, showing a black theme instead of the usual Poco yellow. Sadly, there’s nothing on when the phone will launch global markets, including India.
Tipster Abhishek Yadav has shared several photos of the Poco X4 Pro 5G along with a couple of core specifications. This is a 5G model, which is a first for the Poco X series in global markets. The phone will be using the Snapdragon 695 chipset and will be coupled to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The phone is also coming getting a similar 6.7-inch 120Hz AMOLED display as the Redmi version. The rear camera has a 108MP Samsung HM2 sensor for the main camera.
Additionally, the leak also reveals that the phone will ship with MIUI 13 but on the older Android 11. The phone is also said to rely on the 5000mAh battery and get a 67W fast charger in the box.
Note that this is unconfirmed information and hence, you should take this with a pinch of salt. Poco is yet to clarify anything on this front.
As for the design, there’s a bigger difference compared to the Redmi version. The Poco X4 Pro 5G gets a characteristic large rectangular camera island with a notable hump. There’s a lot of emphasis on the 108MP main camera, which accompanies the Poco branding.
